How it works

  1. Fill out your personal information.
  2. Provide your business details.
  3. Upload your Cedula, DTI Registration Certificate, and a valid Government ID (PDF, PNG, or JPEG, max 10MB each).
  4. Review and confirm your application.
  5. Submit — you'll receive a unique Application Code (e.g. AMAI-00001) to track your application status online.
